Ingredients: Organic Green Rooibos, Organic Lemon Myrtle, Organic Speamint, Apple Pieces (Apple, Citric Acid), Candied Pineapple Pieces (Pineapple, Sugar), Flavour,  Cinnamon Bark, Organic Ginger, Rosehips, Licorice Root

Steeping Instructions:

- Measurement: 1 Teaspoon per Cup (250 mL)

- Water Temperature: Full, Rolling Boil (100°C)

- Time: 5-10+ Minutes
